The retention ministry organizes the established structure for new members of the congregation. The retention ministry develops classes and events to help assimilate new members. Also there is the strengthening and training of new Christians in the body of Christ. A process is established to introduce new members to other members of the congregation through new member’s receptions and through small group retention.
