Administrative & Ministerial Ministry Leader

The Administrative & Ministerial Ministry is responsible for developing and maintaining the office records, supplies and tracking system. This includes receiving, purchasing and distributing all pertinent church supplies and invoices received on a daily basis. The administration area is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all office equipment including the computer lab. This area is also the focal point for communication throughout the congregation.

The Administrative & Ministerial Ministry handles the following areas:​​

Announcements, Bulletins (paper), Bulletin Boards, Communication, Church Historian, Congregation Website Information, Funeral Coordination, Office Manager, Equipment & Supplies, Tracts & Literature, Wedding Coordination, Special Ceremonies Coordination​​.
