Budget and Finance Ministry Leader

The Budget and Finance Ministry is responsible for developing and maintaining the office records, supplies and tracking system. This includes receiving, purchasing and distributing all pertinent church supplies and invoices received on a daily basis. The administration area is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all office equipment including the computer lab. This area is also the focal point for communication throughout the congregation.

The Budget and Finance Ministry handles the following areas:​

Accounting and Reconciliation, Annual Statements- Congregation Financial and Tax Records, Budget Control, Collection Offering Data, Bank Deposits, Building Program Contractors, Financial Records, Financial Workshops

 

We will provide copies of the Congregation Financial Statement at the annual congregational meeting​
