The Discipleship ministry organizes the established structure for new members of the congregation. The Retention & Discipleship ministry develops classes and events to help assimilate new members. Also there is the strengthening and training of new Christians in the body of Christ. A process is established to introduce new members to other members of the congregation through new member’s classes and through small group discipleship.
